Winter Practice Dates and Times

Here are the following dates and times for Practices this winter:
January 4, 11, 18, 25
February 1, 8, 15, 22
All Winter Practices are at the Omaha Sports Complex (147th and Giles)
Times are 4:00pm to 5:00pm
Each player will be sent a waiver for the OSC that will be emailed or you can pick one up from coach.

Gentlemen,
I hope you have signed up to take the tests either in December, January or June.
Here are some of the dates to take a look at:

January 23, 2010 - sign up by December 15, 2009

Every one now needs to supply me with their insurance numbers either by email or through the website. I am going to start checking all of the numbers this week. For you guys who had the insurance from last year, check to make sure it is still valid.
